Types of Mickel training
リーダーの役割を学び、チームで役割分担しましょう
研修期間の目安は、3ヶ月です。研修1～2ヶ月目は、すきま時間に、研修ノートを進めます。研修ノートでリーダの役割をシミュレーションしていきます。3ヶ月目は、受講者同士で話し合い、専用シートを使って「リーダーの役割」をチームで決めます。チームで決めることで、チームで役割分担することができます。
